Picking and packing is always free.

*This is the time after we have dispatched your goods.

Receiving Delivery

Please ensure that there is someone present to sign for your goods, failure to do this will result in the good being returned to our warehouse. An additional delivery charge may be requested to redeliver your goods.

 

When goods are delivered, it is your or the person delegated responsibility to check and sign for the goods. Please check that they not damaged and in good condition. Once you have signed for the goods in good condition any insurance cover ceases and any replacement goods must be paid for.

SIGNING THE CONSIGNMENT AS "UNCHECKED" OR NOT PUTTING ON THE CONSIGNMENT WHAT IS DAMAGED MEANS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS IN GOOD CONDITION.

 

Delivery Time

After you have completed your registration details you will be asked for a preferred delivery date. We will do our very best to keep to this date, if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your preferred delivery date, we will contact you by telephone or email. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock, any items ordered before 12:00 is usually dispatched the same day. If you place your order on friday after the deadline your order will be dispatched on the monday.

We make every endeavour to ensure you a speedy delivery but we cannot guarantee the couriers will deliver on time. Delivery times are between 7:30 and 17:30 unless you have paid for a special delivery.

Please note that these items are delivered direct from our suppliers and take a little longer for delivery.

 

Undelivered goods

Please notify us within two working days by email, telephone 0800 22 77 77 of any shortages or Damages.
