I am a trade customer, can I set up a
trade account?
Yes we offer two types of trade accounts
Trade Cash Account - With this type of account you are set up on our
system with your own details and any special discounts will automatically be
applied to your account. You will be given a account number and log-in details
which you can use online or at any of our local stores.
Trade Credit Account - With this type of account you will have the same
benefits as above although you will have credit with National Plastics. Please
note that this type of account is subject to status and approval by our credit
department.

Can I order over the telephone?
Buying through our online shop is the safest way of
buying for you and for us. If you have any problems paying online please contact
us on 01495 249838
What if my Credit/Debit card is
rejected?
If your credit / debit card gets rejected then please re-submit your order, if
you have to submit your order more than twice then please contact your card
provider who will be able to advise on why your card has been rejected.
Are my credit card details secure?
As soon as you enter the checkout screen, your browser will go into secure mode,
making all of your details encrypted, it does this by creating billions of code
combinations to protect each transaction that has been made on our site, making
sure that no-one else can get hold of your credit card details. Your credit card
details will never be saved on our system.
I have a Voucher / Promotional Code, how do I use it?
Once you have found your chosen item and added this into your basket, there will
be a field that asks for a promotional code, simply enter your code into this
box and it will deduct the discount to which you are entitled to.
Why do you want me to save my details?
You will have the option to save your details, the first time that you
use the site. That way for all future transactions, you just need to enter your
username and password and all your details will be populated in the relevant
fields.
It is also helpful as you are able to view your order history
Can I buy online and collect in-store?
If you would like to buy online but collect in-store please put the branch
address down as the delivery address. Please note that the normal delivery
charge will be added to the order to cover the cost of post and packaging. You can find a list of all our branches

Do the prices vary from your online prices to buying
in-store?
Due to some product promotions and online discounts sometimes prices may vary
to those in-store. Please check with your local depot before.
Why do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
All of our orders are tracked and need your signature for proof of delivery. It
protects you from the parcel going "missing". It is also important that the
order is checked for any damages on delivery before you sign for the goods.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Yes. We offer a before 12:00 delivery and before 10:30 delivery although this is
at an extra cost, if you would like to upgrade to any of these options please
contact us on 0800 22 77 77 with your order number. The cost for the upgrades
are:
Before 12:00 £13.00 + vat
Before 10:30 £25.00 + vat
I have changed my mind or I have over ordered, can I
return my items and get a refund?
If you have changed your mind or you have over ordered and you want to return
your items, please in the first instance within 7 days contact us by email at
info@nationalplastics.co.uk please read our terms and conditions
regarding returning items.
Do you deliver on Saturdays??
Yes. Please contact us with you order number and we can upgrade you to a
Saturday delivery. The cost of the upgrade is £26.00 + VAT. Alternatively please
select Saturday delivery from the dropdown menu when ordering. Any order placed
after the deadline Friday will be delivery the following Saturday
