Fresh and modern, Kraus Ashdown Grey is a rigid core luxury vinyl tile plank with a soft whitewashed effect and reliable waterproof protection.

Kraus Ashdown Grey is a waterproof LVT with integral underlay and Rigid Core Technology, featuring a cool grey tone with a subtle whitewashed effect for a modern finish. Suitable for most living spaces, it combines contemporary style with durability, resisting scuffs and stains while offering easy installation.
The built-in 1.5mm EVA foam underlay provides added comfort through thermal and acoustic insulation, while the click-fit system allows for a fast, clean fitting process. Fully waterproof and suitable for water-based underfloor heating systems, it must be laid on a dry subfloor and not used as a moisture barrier. For the best finish, mix planks from different packs and include an additional 10% for cutting waste, while ensuring the room temperature remains stable between 18°C and 24°C before, during, and after installation.
