You know the feeling: you’ve got the job lined up, you’re ready to go, materials are ordered and then… you’re stuck until a delivery turns up. Waiting around for parts or making an emergency run and then finding the piece you need is out of stock at that branch means wasted time and lost money.
That’s why we’ve launched our Click & Collect service across National Plastics branches nationwide. Check the stock levels at your chosen branches, order online, and your items will be ready to pick up at a time that suits you.
No delivery fees, no waiting around, no problem.
How Does Click & Collect Work?
We’ve kept things simple because it doesn’t have to be complicated.
- 1. Check stock levels online. Before you get on the road, you can see live stock availability at your local branch (and the others nearby). No more guessing, wasted trips, or making do with what’s there.
- 2. Reserve and pay. Reserve and pay for your items then and there, online. Your items will be set aside for you in-store, ready for collection.
- 3. Collect when it suits you. We know our customers are busy; that’s why we’ve launched the service. Pop into your branch any time (during opening hours!).
- 4. You just need your reference number. Show our team your Click & Collect reference (either from your confirmation email or in your online account), and you’re good to go.
And because you’re collecting, there are no delivery fees to factor in. It’s quick, free, convenient, and keeps your project on track.
Why Did We Launch Click & Collect?
Honestly, because we understand our customers. Time is the one thing you can’t get back, and for busy tradespeople, wasted hours are a real killer.
Being able to check stock before you jump in the van means you’ll never turn up to find the part you need is unavailable. Plus, with same-day collection available, you won’t be stuck waiting for the delivery driver to finish a job, ever again.
For homeowners and DIYers, Click & Collect is just as easy and effective. Reserve materials on your lunch break and pop over on your way home; double-check which options are in stock, pick them up while you’re out doing the weekly shop, and be ready to tackle that project that same evening.
What Can You Click & Collect?
Even more good news: our Click & Collect isn’t just limited to a few items. Here’s a taste of what’s available to order online and pick up:
Wall Panels
Find a range of finishes and sizes online to order, whether you’re fitting out a shop, finishing a bathroom, or renovating an entire home.
Fascias & Soffits
Roofline repairs don’t usually wait for convenient moments. Reserve and collect on the same day to keep roofing jobs on track.
Guttering & Downpipes
A leaky gutter can’t wait for the courier. A range of downpipes, gutters, fittings, and entire systems, all available online.
External Cladding
Got a wall to finish? You don’t need to wait for a big delivery: just pick out the materials online, and swing by to pick them up when you’re ready.
Decking
Our range of composite decking boards and fixings is available to order online and collect, so you don’t have to waste that rare sunny day!
Flooring
Whether you just need another pack to finish a room or you’re after enough for an entire job, our range is available to pick up when it suits.
Drainage & Wastewater
Check live stock on pipes, fittings and all wastewater parts at your local branch, sort payment online and collect when you can, without having to wait on delivery.
Internal Decor
The finishing touches matter just as much as the main job. Whether you’re missing parts or need a few extra trims or sills, we’ve got you covered.
Roofing
From roofing sheets to fixings and panels, many of our bulkier items are easier to reserve and collect when you’ve got the space (and time) to deal with them.
