Our Promise

If you can find your items cheaper on another website, we'll match the price - it's as simple as that! You can be reassured that you will still get the great National Plastics quality and service whilst receiving the best prices around.

How to Submit a Price Promise Request

Price promise requests can be submitted using the Quote tool during the checkout process:

Add the products to your basket as you would normally do. When your basket is complete, click Convert to Quote. You will need to login / register to proceed to the next stage

Once logged in you will see your quote screen. In the comment box next to each item, please copy and past the link to the product page of the cheaper website. We will need a link to a page which clearly states the item details and price, not a homepage link etc. In the final comment box please ensure you write 'PRICE PROMISE, PRICE MATCH REQUEST. Delivery to: [your postcode]'. When you have entered all the required information, click Request a Quote.

We will review your Price Promise request and aim to respond to you by email within 2 working days. At that point you will be able to view your new prices in the My Quotes section when you log into your account on our website. From there you can review the new prices and click the 'Accept and Checkout' link (top right) to purchase the items for the newly quoted prices.

Terms and Conditions

1. Price Promise is an online exclusive offer. It only applies to orders placed via this website, it does not include purchases through a National Plasitcs depot.
2. Prices will only be matched on like products, available online, where like delivery is available. Therefore:
• Products can only be priced matched if they are cheaper through another website, not a physical depot.
• Products to be matched must be exact brand and dimensions.
• A single order will be price matched against a single website; we cannot accept products from multiple websites.
• The cheaper website must deliver to the requested location.
3. A link to the product page (of the cheaper website) for each product to be price matched must be provided.
4. Price Promise requests should be made via the Quote tool, as described above.
5. We reserve the right to reject any price match request.
6. We reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.
