Our Chester branch celebrates after a triumphant 'trade week'

Our nationwide network of branches provides our customers with an opportunity to experience our products first hand. It also allows us to provide a personal, face-to-face service which we know is invaluable in building strong customer relationships. It is because of this that we are continually looking to extend our offering by opening new trade counters - and one of our most recent additions, Chester, is already proving popular with trade and public customers alike.

The Chester branch, located on Chester Trade Park, was opened on the 12th December and since then the team has worked hard to put National Plastics on the Chester map.

Led by Neil, who has several years of sales experience within the plastics industry and an intimate knowledge of the local trade community, the Chester branch team has provided customers with not only industry-leading knowledge and support, but also a wide range of initiatives - the latest of which was a 'Trade Week'.

The 'Trade Week', which ran from the 30th January to 3rd February, offered customers the chance to meet with a range of suppliers - as well as enjoy a free breakfast and beverage! Suppliers, including Ultraframe, Res-tech, Keypoint, Sierra, Safedoors, Kestrel, Rapier Star, Siroflex and Swish Building Products, were on hand throughout the week to talk to customers about their product offerings. It provided customers with a more in-depth understanding of each supplier and its products, as well as allowing them to ask questions and chat face-to-face with representatives. There were also several 'on the day' offers available which were extremely popular!

The Trade Week proved so successful that the team ran another initiative where all new customers who opened an account and spent a minimum of £50.00 before the end of February, were entered into a draw to win a new Makita site radio. The winner will be announced at the end of March.
